Why the Daily Cashback Matters More Than the Welcome Bonus

The welcome match carries 35x wagering on the bonus. Take the full C$1,000 and you need to stake C$35,000 before it can be withdrawn. The cashback carries 10x, so a C$15 cashback payment needs C$150 of play to clear. That is a requirement you can realistically meet in a normal session.
It works like this. Your real-money play fills a daily Cashback Meter. Once the meter is full, a percentage of that day's net losses is credited after midnight. The meter resets every day, so each day is a fresh chance to qualify.
