Bragg Gaming Group embarked on a major investment by purchasing the Las Vegas-based gambling content developer, Wild Streak Gaming.

Bragg Gaming Group continued its ambitious expansion into the gaming domain by announcing the acquisition of Las Vegas-based Wild Streak Gaming, a prominent content developer with an impressive slot portfolio of 39 casino games.

Bragg Gaming Group is a multinational B2B content and gaming technology provider that was started in 2012.  Ever since then, the company has concluded several global partnerships across Europe and Latin America.  The company continues to position itself as a premier brand in the international gaming industry market segment.

Multimillion-Dollar Deal

Bragg Gaming Group has inked an agreement to purchase Wild Streak Gaming’s outstanding membership interests in a stock and cash transaction worth US$30 million. The content developer will receive US$10 million in cash and US$20 million worth of shares from its new parent company over the next three years.

Thanks to the arrangement, Bragg Gaming Group will gain access to Wild Streak Gaming’s exclusive content and its repertoire of premium casino titles. The selection also includes several excellent land-based titles, strong intellectual property equity, along with game designs and know-how, as well as services that are specially designed for the US market.

Wild Streak Gaming’s design team comprises veteran specialists from various spheres of the gaming industry. Amongst there is Doug Fallon, the company’s founder and current CEO.  Fallon played a significant part in the company’s success thanks to his industrywide expertise, helping produce many in-house slot titles for various successful brick-and-mortar casinos.

CEO of Bragg Gaming Group, Richard Carter, praised Fallon and his team, commending them on an impressive portfolio of casino content for both iGaming and land-based casino sectors. Carter also welcomed the team to the company and noted that he is looking forward to what the future holds with everyone’s combined skills propelling the company’s growth into the future.

Bragg Gaming New CEO

Richard Carter took over as the CEO of Bragg Gamin Group on 1 May this year, succeeding the company founder, Adam Arviv, at the helm. Before that, Carter served as the interim CEO. Carter has ample experience in the gaming sector and was involved with the launch of SBTech in the US.
